    Mission Statement

Our vision at John L. Prueitt is to provide a motivating, differentiated, learning environment that enables students to meet or exceed grade-level standards. We will put the child at the heart of all we do, have high expectations, and work together with mutual trust and respect to create lifelong learners as well as prepare students to become responsible citizens who will eventually take their places as productive members of our community.

John L. Prueitt is committed to meeting the educational needs of all children through a partnership between school, parents, and the community. This educational commitment includes the opportunity for every student to be successful, develop a positive self-image, make decisions, and to grow academically, socially, psychologically and physically. This commitment will provide all students an education, which promotes lifelong learning, an appreciation for diversity and responsible citizenship.
